    • My self-selected password is not recognised. What are the password requirements?

      Your password must be at least 8 characters long, including upper and lower case letters, at least one number and one special character.

      The 2-factor authentication cannot be activated. What can I do?

      First, please make sure that you scan the QR code with an appropriate authentication app and not simply with the camera of your smartphone. 

      If the activation still does not work, ask your provider admin to reset it via the administration. The 2-factor authentication can be reset via your administrator profile, so that you can simply start the process again. If the activation is still not possible, please contact our support.

      I have not received a message confirming my email address. How can I log in now?


      If you receive a message asking you to confirm your email address when you try to log in, but you have not received the email, you can simply request the message again via the login page. Simply click on "No confirmation instructions received?" below the login fields and the e-mail will be sent again.
